●In-Class Activities: These activities are designed to engage students in discussions with the instructor and fellow students. 〔記者黃良傑/高雄報導〕彭姓女子疑因樓上鄰居常發出噪音,昨日傍晚竟持汽油桶及打火機找7樓住戶宋男理論,彭女潑灑汽油並手持打火機做勢點火,宋男見狀衝上前制止拉扯,彭女疑因手滑致汽油桶掉落,汽油溢出情勢危及,鼓山員警趕到奪下打火機,今依公共危險罪嫌送辦。

龍華所指出,56歲彭女家住鼓山區大樓6樓,因7樓長期傳出噪音,懷疑住戶縱容小孩破壞安寧,經多次向管理員反映,要求樓上住戶約束小孩,但仍未見改善,彭女竟情緒失控,先到住處附近加油站買汽油,返回住處上樓與鄰居宋男理論,管理員驚覺有異趕緊報警。

彭女提著汽油桶上樓,另一手還拿出打火機,不斷做勢要點擊打火機,宋男見狀立即上前緊抓女子雙手,2人發生拉扯時,彭女的汽油桶滑掉落地,汽油不斷溢出,雙方仍僵持不下。

龍華所員警獲報趕到,制止雙方爭執,搶下彭女手上的打火機,避免意外發生;事後大樓主委聞訊,對彭女的行為嚴加訓斥。

警方表示,噪音問題應舉證後循合法途徑舉發或提告,不應採如此激烈的手段,危及全體住戶的安全,彭女事後也後悔致歉,全案仍依公共危險罪嫌移送法辦。
